On request single assemblies and tools can also be fitted later.   winding device Every plant is equipped standardly with three winding devices and up to two additional winding devices can be installed later. This is especially recommended for the production of smaller diameters (300 mm – 1000 mm). mandrel The mandrel is available in a diameter range from 300 mm up to 3500 mm. Usually there are steps in diameter of 100 mm each. However on request special sizes are produced or it is measured in inch instead of mm. This assembly is patented. cassette, profile nozzle On the head of the extruder there are different nozzles which produce different profiles. A special designed guiding cassette belongs to every nozzle. This assembly is patented. perforation unit The perforation unit makes the production of drainage pipes and rigolen pipes possible. The number and the measurements of the perforation are variably adjustable. The perforation is made without a cutting process, so the structure of the material is not damaged. Furthermore there is no production waste. This assembly is patented.
