The
welding extruder is especially known for:
- low
weight, 74 kg without chassis, 87 with chassis

output efficiency, up to 12 kg/h

requirements according to DVS and all CE-guidelines are carried
out. The welding extruder can be used for welding processes
according to DVS, part I, method I for PE and PP. |

The
low measurements can be reduced again by removing the
chassis. The plastic granules stock for the operation
of the extruder is integrated in the case so that the
extruder can also be used on assemblies and in small pipe
lines without an external material supplying. For the
energy supply there is an electric connection 3 x 400V,
50 Hz, 7,5 kW. |
There
are two handles for the transport by hand as well as two
load eyes for the transport by crane.
The delivery programme contains of:

extruder with chassis (without umbrella fastener and
holder for hot-air blowers)
