Mr. Marcus Hawerkamp (graduate in civil engineering)

Mr. Hawerkamp finished his studies in machinery technology at the University of Cologne in year 1991 with success. The diploma was granted for production technology with special emphasis in transforming plastic. In the same year he jointed the family company as production manager. In year 1992 he became commercial manager, while his father Manfred Hawerkamp stayed technical manager. Since year 2002 Mr. Marcus Hawerkamp is the only general manager of bauku.

Mr. Manfred Hawerkamp (graduate in civil engineering)
(technical manager and shareholder)

Mr. Hawerkamp finished his studies in machinery technology successfully in year 1962 at the University of Darmstadt and worked as assistant at the Plastic Institute of the University of Aachen the next two years. In year 1965 he became general manager of the bauku GmbH and was leading the company on his own. From year 1992 to year 2001 Mr. Hawerkamp was technical manager of bauku, while his son Marcus was the commercial manager of the company. In year 2002 Mr. Hawerkamp was leaving as general manager, but still is responsible for the production department. Furthermore he is consultant for the bauku management.

Mrs. Dagmar Häring
(authorized management officer, manager for finance and controlling)

After finishing her commercial education, Mrs. Häring was working in the management of some international hotels in Germany for several years, until she changed to the industry by joining bauku GmbH in year 1980. In 1991 Mrs. Häring became manager for finance and controlling and at the same time authorized management officer (right to act and to sign alone on behalf of the company). She is able to act for the general manager, Mr. Marcus Hawerkamp, in all commercial belongings. Since September 2002 Mrs. Häring is also the general manager of the bauku daughter company d.o.o. Beograd in Serbia.
